Any dispute or claim regarding the Service, your visit to the Website, Seller Central or the MWS Site, or the products or services we sell or distribute through the Website, Seller Central or the MWS Website (including, but not limited to, the Service), will be settled by binding arbitration and not by a court. There is no judge or jury in an arbitration proceeding and judicial review of an arbitral award is limited.

However, an arbitrator may, on an individual basis, bring the same claim for damages as a court (including claims for omission and finding or statutory damages) and must comply with the terms of that agreement as a court. To initiate arbitration proceedings, you must send a letter in which you request arbitration and describe your claim to our Agent Agent Service Service Company, 300 Deschutes Way SW, Suite 304, Tumwater, WA 98051. Arbitration is conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules, including the AAA`s supplemental procedures for consumer disputes. The aaa rules are available at or by phone at 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all registration, administration, and arbitration fees is subject to the AAA Rules. We reimburse these costs for claims totalling less than $US 10,000, unless the arbitrator finds that the claims are frivolous. Similarly, we will not charge attorneys` fees and expenses in arbitration proceedings unless the arbitrator finds that the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, on the basis of written deposits or in person in the country where you live or in another mutually agreed place. You and we agree that all dispute resolution proceedings will only be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, class or representative action. . .
